Dual Purpose Sample Machines

Gilwood dual purpose sample machines can be manufactured in a range of sizes to suit the individual client. With one to four pans, each machine has a capacity of between 70 and 300 litres to facilitate the winching or paddling of goods.

Designed for the textile industry, our sample machines are appropriate for the small batch dyeing of cotton, woven, knitted, hose garment and bagged stockings, to name but a few. We can also supply single purpose machines.

Our machines can be manufactured in a range of suitable materials with a fully welded construction and all products adhere to SEP standards. Our sample machines are fully inspected and tested in-house before despatch. This includes Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) such as Leak Test. Finishing processes include bead blasting, polishing, electro polishing, pickling and passivating.
